"I was pleasantly surprised by how close..."
I was pleasantly surprised by how close the shade was to the pictures online. I ordered a lip color and, for the most part, it looked the same in person, not too dark or off like that can sometimes happen. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Easy to shop, but a little slow"
I used wetnwildbeauty.com and it was easy to get around. The menus made sense, and I found the lip and face products quickly without having to dig through a bunch of pages.
The only thing that bugged me was that a few pages loaded slowly on my phone, and I wish the filters were a bit more useful. Checkout was simple though. So yeah

"Packaging came Really Nice"
My order got here in really good shape and nothing was broken, so that was a relief. Everything was packed well without a bunch of extra stuff in the box, which I appreciated. The items looked clean and Sealed, and overall I’m happy with how it all arrived.

"Affordable cruelty-free makeup I’d buy again"
I’ve always liked that Wet n Wild is cruelty-free and still doesn’t cost a ton. The products I got worked well for the price, and that’s the part I remember most. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but my selective memory is choosing to focus on the makeup being decent and affordable. I’d probably order again

I picked up some everyday makeup from here because the prices were really good. for cheap stuff, it works well. I probably would’ve enjoyed it more if I hadn’t been in such a rush that day, so that’s on bad timing more than anything...

I was a little nervous ordering a few different shades, because that feels like the kind of thing someone could easily mess up and then I’d be blaming the warehouse or whoever packed it.
But everything matched my order list perfectly. No missing items, no random wrong colors, and even the little stuff was all in there, which I definitely appreciated.
The shipping box was fine too, nothing dramatic. Simple order overall, and for once I got exactly what I paid for, so no complaints from me...

I’m cautious about what I put on my face since my skin reacts easily, so I always check the ingredients first. With wet n wild, the labels didn’t have anything that made me worry, and the products have been totally fine for me. No stinging, no random rash, no irritation. For the price, I think it’s a solid choice if you have sensitive skin and don’t want to spend a ton.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but the shade range from wet n wild surprised me. I usually struggle to find something that actually matches me, and there were a few that were close, which almost never happens. It was nice seeing some lighter and deeper shades too, not just the usual middle shades, so... yeah, I was impressed.

I have ordered a few Wet n Wild products from the site, mostly lipsticks and eyeliner, and I have been happy with them. For the price, the quality is good. Some shades seem to stay on longer than others, but overall they work well for everyday use. The packaging is simple, but everything arrived in good shape and nothing was broken. I took off one star because one of the lip glosses felt a little sticky, but I would still order from them again.

"Helpful support, just took a little while"
So, I had this issue where my order wasn’t showing the right tracking info, and I ended up emailing customer service about it. They got back to me the next day, which was okay, and they were nice and helpful. It did take a bit longer than I was hoping, but they got it sorted out and my package showed up just fine. Overall, yeah, good customer service, I just wish the replies had been a little quicker.
